1. The service

Plural gives you a team of AI agents that plan, hand off and check work in one chat. The agents run on an AI plan or API key that you provide. We may improve, change or remove features over time; if a change takes away something important from a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

2. Beta

Plural is in beta. Features may change, break or go away, and the service may be unavailable at times. Beta access is free unless we tell you otherwise before you are charged. Please keep your own copies of anything important.

3. Your account

You must be at least 16 and give accurate information. Keep your login secure: you are responsible for what happens in your account and workspaces, including the actions of people you invite. Tell us right away at security@plural.tools if you think your account has been compromised.

4. Your AI provider

Plural uses your own account with an AI provider such as Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI (Codex), or an API key you supply. You are responsible for having that account, for following its terms and usage policies, and for any fees or limits that apply to it. We are not responsible for the provider's availability, limits, pricing or how it processes your data.

5. Your content and AI output

You own the goals, files and messages you put into Plural, and, as between you and us, the output the agents produce for you. You give us permission to host, process and transmit that content only as needed to run the service for you. We don't use it to train AI models.

AI output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to content made for others. Review it before you rely on it, publish it or ship it, especially for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical decisions. You are responsible for how you use it.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Plural to:

We may suspend accounts that put other users, the service or the public at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it.

7. Plans and payment

Plural is free while in beta. After the beta, the Solo plan stays free and paid plans (currently Team at $7 and Studio at $29 per workspace per month) are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. Prices exclude taxes, which we add where required. Plans renew each month until you cancel; you can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give refunds for partial months unless the law requires it. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of a price change.

8. Our property

Plural, its software, design, agent characters and brand belong to us and our licensors. These terms don't give you any rights to them except to use the service. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

9. Other services

Plural can connect to services such as Slack, Notion and GitHub. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, Plural is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI output, or uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Plural is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars. These limits don't apply to liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Plural and close your account at any time. We can end these terms or suspend your access if you materially break them, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason, in which case we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused period. After your account is closed, we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes go to the courts there, unless the law of the country where you live as a consumer gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Plural after that, you accept the new terms; if you don't agree, you can close your account.
